Cindy's accounting experience spans public accounting, industry, and consulting. While she enjoys the accounting work itself, she discovered that her real strength was in building relationships, and moved her career toward business development, client management, and recruiting.

She graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in accounting. That combination — technical depth plus a genuine interest in the people doing the work — is why Pink handles both the finance function and the talent who run it.

Cindy takes a different approach than most advisors, using her own experience to help clients, colleagues, and candidates make decisions that hold up later.

Outside the firm, Cindy is a Longhorn who attends as many football games as she can, and she has spent nearly a decade supporting Hound Rescue — including fostering hounds until the rescue finds their permanent homes.
